Scott Hotel KL Sentral

I rates 10 for Scott Hotel because to me complete my needs and comfort to the level and met my expectations. The staffs played big roles and bellman whom served us from checked in till we bit goodbye very natural gesture. The housekeeping well attended, we only asked for drinking water and toilet rolls. No room make up during our stays there. The room with basic needs and functioned. We had lunch at your Cafe and we loved it. I highly recommended this place. My only advise to check the Iron in room to tidy the wires back for safety concern and to stick neatly the plug points close to the dressing mirror.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The service provided by the staff was excellent, especially the bellman who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. The room was very comfortable and just the right size for three of us. We also appreciated the basement parking it felt safe and convenient, and we didn't have to worry about parking outside. This was our second time staying at this hotel, and once again, we had a great experience. We will definitely be coming back again!

The location is strategic in the heart of kuala lumpur. Near Kl sentral and Tun Sambaran Monorail. Walking distance to go to both stations. Staff is good. Guard helps me to carry my bags to the lobby when i arrived for check in. Parking is limited. They have basement parking which is you need to get in a lift and it will bring you down to the basement. Free parking. There are also a few parking sport in front of the hotel but very limited. The room is clean. I book for triple room and the room is big. For muslim it easy to solat coz got a lot of spaces plus they also provide sejadah. Got iron and iron table in the room. No need to ask from reception. Overall, value for money ☝🏼

The room and toilet was clean, well ventilated. Beyond expectations for its value. We had a really good sleep as the beds and pillows were very comfy. Stay here, recommended! Well done to the cleaning crew, our rooms were very very clean. Will stay here again in the future. The rest of the staff, from the valet to the front desk, they were just so friendly and kind. Thank you so much!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make my experience memorable.
